    Its the year 2016. The internet has been around for more than 30 years and they still don't have a way to pay bills online so I am forced to go there in person every time. And of course they are closed weekends and you won't make it there in time if you try going after work. Yep ... fantastic.

    I personally love this branch. Not only is the staff extremely welcoming towards me and pleasant, they are very quick in helping me with my needs. Joe is awesome and Kim. The two tellers I always deal with are great as well. I don't think others understand that they have drive through banking and long lines sometimes. One teller is helping those in their cars, as well as, the people in line. The lines move quickly. People who complain about a line being too long should check online when their hours are slower. Out of every bank I have ever had, PNC has never left an issue I had unresolved. They are very prompt in correcting any mistakes or fraud on my account. They verify online transactions with me, do not rip me off with overdraft fees or fees in general, and always contact me when my account has changed or been adjusted. I recommend PNC to all of my family, friends, coworker's, and more. I specifically tell them to open up an account with Joe or Kim. I have never loved going into the bank as much as I have at this branch. Thank you to the staff who make me feel so welcome and know my name when I walk in, and greet me as if I were their friend.
